Grant Writing Support by TLC

Grant Writing Support by TLC – Workshops and Seminars

A grant can provide the funds to support your research endeavor. But to win one, you must write a strong grant proposal. TLC conducts a series of education grant writing workshop/seminars to support faculty who are interested in applying for the upcoming ERFP or TRF grants.

Education Research Grant Writing Workshop (05 May, 2.00 pm – 4.00 pm)

This workshop introduces prospective principal investigators to the intricacies of writing an education research grant proposal and navigating the grant process. Participants will have the opportunity to share and discuss their proposal ideas and receive feedback during the session.

Education Research Grant Writing Seminars 1 & 2 (20 May & 03 June, 9.30 am – 12.30 pm)

The grant writing seminar is an interactive platform that brings together faculty who are developing their education research grant proposals. The purpose is to provide a space that encourages honest feedback and assessment from their peers with the goal of refining the logical arguments and methodology of their proposals. Participants should prepare a draft of their proposal (need not be complete) for discussion and feedback before each session. This peer-to-peer faculty writing seminars will be facilitated by TLC faculty experienced in writing and reviewing education research grant proposals.
